Shipping policy

Processing time. Orders are packed and shipped within 1–2 business days from our US studio.

Delivery. We ship via USPS with tracking. Typical US delivery is 2–5 business days after shipment. You’ll get your tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

Rates. US shipping is FREE on any order of $50 or more — any two tapestries ship free. Single tapestries ship at a flat low rate calculated at checkout.

Lost or damaged in transit. Email xtrarugz@gmail.com with your order number (and a photo for damage) — we’ll make it right with a replacement or refund.
